A big part of the work that I do – particularly with collaborative teams, and when I’m supporting colleagues to build their coaching skills – revolves around our capacity to really listen.

As you may have read in an earlier blog post, our CrisisID® program helps participants learn to prevail and prosper in difficult times.

Our CrisisID program, which fittingly launched during the Covid-19 pandemic, supports participants to explore new ways of thinking to help themselves and others navigate difficult times.

While you can’t prevent life’s ups and downs, you can control the way you react. Here’s some tips to start thinking and acting differently.
