Having made the decision to introduce Cognitive Coaching to my school, I spent some time researching courses and providers. Since 2011 I have had the privilege of working with Gavin Grift as a colleague. We have worked together in Australia and in the US. Gavin is an outstanding educator and a trusted colleague. I learn every time I collaborate with him. In 2014 we were co-authors on the book Collaborative Teams That Transform Schools during which we began to share ideas regularly which continues to this day. My respect for him as an educator and as a person could not be higher. He is a genuine and very skilled professional who I am honoured to call a friend and colleague.
